Easy dessert recipes:

1. Chocolate ice cream

Ingredients:
- eggs (yolks) – 3 pc.
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1.3 cups milk
- chocolate – 120g
- water – 3 tablespoons
- fatty cream – 6 tablespoons

Set freezer temperature at the lowest temperature. Whipp egg yolks and sugar together, stir with a wooden spoon, pour a thin trickle of nearly boiling milk slowly. Strain into a clean saucepan and cook cream on low heat until thickening. Cool. Meanwhile, dissolve pieces of chocolate in water on water bath. Whip cream. Add firstly chocolate and then cream. Pour in an ice cream form and freeze.

2. Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients:
450 g fresh strawberries, 110 g sugar, 4 tablespoons cold water, 1 dessert spoon lemon juice, 1 dessert spoon orange juice.

Preparation:
Dissolve sugar in a saucepan with water on low heat, bring syrup to a boil and boil on high heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow cooling. Wash and clean berries, make a puree. Pour lemon and orange juice and cold syrup. Pour all in a flat metal mold, and leave overnight to complete stagnation. Before serving at the table, remove from the freezer, leave for 30 minutes at room temperature to become soft, and serve in forms.

3. Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients:

For 3 cups of cream or milk – 1 ¼ cups sugar, 3 eggs, ¼ vanilla powder

Preparation: put egg yolks in a saucepan, mix with sugar and vanilla, grind and add hot cream or milk, then put on fire and cook stirring with a wooden spatula all the time. When the mixture becomes slightly thicker and foam disappears from the surface, remove saucepan from heat, filter paste through a sieve and cool. Pour chilled paste in a freezer, cover with lids, add ice mixed with salt (1 kg salt for every 6-7 kg ice), condense it and rotate freezer. In the process of freezing you need to add ice and discharge water. Freezing lasts 30-40 minutes. When ice cream becomes thick, open form, remove blades, cover with lid and leave ice cream for an hour. Pour in molds and serve.

5. Coconut ice cream with basil and lime

Ingredients:
- Ice cream (vanilla) – 1 L
- Coco (cream, grated) – 100g
- Lime (dried peel of two ones, juice of one) – 2 pcs.
- Basil (torn) – 1 bunch
- Biscuits (coconut, crumbled) – 200g.

Preparation: soften ice cream, and put into a big bowl. Mix coconut, lime peel and juice, basil. Add to ice cream, along with cookies. Stir and freeze again until needed.
Decorate dried peel of lime and serve.

6. Ice cream with cooked pears and nut biscuits

Personally cooked easy dessert ice cream recipe can be a perfect dessert for your holiday table. For example, ice cream with cooked pears and nut cookies.

Ingredients: ice cream, pears, sugar, cream, nut biscuits, vanillin.

Preparation: Select juicy ripe pears, peel, cut along the middle and remove the core. Boil pears in syrup (1 cup water 1 tablespoon sugar) until honey transparency. Flex ice cream, put it on the walls and bottom of pan. Put on top pear slices, sprinkle with walnut cookies crumbs. Put whipped cream on top, then again, pears, cookies, cream – leave just 2 – 3 cm to the edges.

Put in the freezer at night. Tip: before serving out put pot’s bottom in hot water, this way you will remove ice cream easily.

7. Honey ice cream with citrus fruits

Ingredients:
- Grapefruit – 2 pcs.
- Oranges – 2 pcs.
- Honey – 4 teaspoons
- Ice cream – to taste.

Preparation: Peel grapefruits and oranges, remove pips and film, cut into small pieces. Place fruits on plates, pour honey on top. Leave for half an hour to make fruits impregnated with honey. Then put a ball of ice cream on each plate.

8. Milk ice-cream with nuts

Ingredients:
50 g walnuts, 250 grams milk, 50 g sugar, 2 eggs, grated lemon peel.

Preparation: whip egg yolks with part of sugar and small amount of milk. Boil the rest of milk with sugar. Gradually pour whipped egg yolks and stirring continuously, bring again to boiling, then remove from fire, cool and flavour with lemon peel. Fry nuts, peel, grate and pour in the mixture. Enter whipped whites and mix all slightly. Put in refrigerator.
Serve in moulds, decorated with cherries.

9. Orange ice cream with orange sauce

Ingredients:

Ice cream:
- Egg (yolks) – 3 pc.
- Sugar – 100g
- Cream – 200 ml
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Orange liqueur – 2 tablespoons

for the sauce:
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Starch – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 50 g
- Orange liqueur – 3 tablespoons

Chocolate crumb – 4 tablespoons

Preparation: whip egg yolks with sugar in hot water bath until the state of hot cream. Continue whipping cream in a cold water bath to complete cooling. Whip cream in steep foam. Squeeze orange out, mix juice with cognac, whipped cream and yolk cream. Put cream in a metal bowl, closed with aluminum foil and place in freezer for 3 hours.

For sause, squeeze orange, take 2 tablespoons juice and mix with starch. Bring remaining juice to a boil, remove from stove and allow cooling.

Before serving dip a bowl of ice cream in cold water, put ice-cream on a dish, cut in slices and pour with orange sauce. Sprinkle with chocolate.

10. Lemon ice cream

We need 150 g sugar, 500 ml water, 5 medium lemons, some salt.

Preparation:
Dissolve sugar in water, put on fire. Add lemon peel and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt, strain and cool. Pour lemon juice squeezed from all lemons. Put the resulting mass in ice mould and freeze. Fruit ice is ready. We hope you will like it.
